I have drafted over 300 successful government, foundation and corporate proposals and helped over 100 agencies manage their grant and performance tracking. I have served agencies delivering children, youth and education programs, mentoring, substance abuse prevention, emergency food and shelter, services to seniors, and legal assistance.  I have consulted on   program development, metrics/performance management, capacity building,  and other needs.  I have developed and helped launch systems to improve grant management, project compliance, and performance and outcome tracking for evaluation and grant reports.  I have developed special event systems that help agencies manage team and table captains, seat assignments, sponsorships, pledges, invoicing, revenue, expenses, and other critical elements of elements of event administration.
