I have written public and private grants for over 32 years and raised over $23 million dollars for social services, health and housing organizations. I have working relationships with many of the private funders in the region and have 32 years of experience researching public and private funding sources. I have written grants for operating needs, capital campaigns, new programs, program expansions, and capacity building. I am able to think like a funder because I am a funder as Chair of the Women’s Funding Alliance Grants Committee for the past 7 years. I enjoy working with both large, small and emerging organizations. In a previous position, I managed over 26 grants at any give time and have developed grant tracking systems that are available to my clients. My practice also includes: grants development training, strategic planning, program planning, board training and facilitation, budget development, project management, program/outcome evaluation and construction project management.
