• developing clearly understandable program narratives
and budgets that fully meet the requirements of grant-
and contract-making organizations.
• taking an idea or approach and developing a compelling
case for funding, and
• translating jargon into understandable English.
I operate collegially with a wide range of individuals including senior officials, experts, business leaders, and community residents, and have worked extensively with volunteers.
I have spent most of my professional career in Washington, DC and can bring a national perspective to projects.
