Kevin Corrigan is currently Associate Director of Grants at Highline College in Des Moines, WA. In that capacity, he is charged with grant identification, development, and management for a wide range of programs covering all areas of the college. While establishing the first grants office at the college he successfully secured funding from the National Science Foundation, U.S. Department of Education, and the National Security Agency among many others. Additionally, Kevin has over 25 years’ grant writing and management experience with the Seattle and Cincinnati school districts as well as nonprofit organizations in Ohio and Washington. With both school districts, he served as the primary grant development and compliance officer. He oversaw the development and approval of all grants submitted to private and public funders by school/program/central office administrators and was responsible for the overall quality of submissions and their adherence to district policy and procedure.

Kevin has a strong track record of securing grant funding from government, corporate, and private foundation funders; his areas of expertise include post-secondary education, elementary and secondary education, early intervention and early learning, and homelessness.

Kevin has been a member of the PSGA since 2004 and has served on the Finance Committee since 2015. Kevin has a BA in English from Xavier University, A Master of Community Planning degree from the University of Cincinnati, and his nonprofit management certificate from the University of Washington. He lives in West Seattle with his husband Chris and their dog, Belle.
