Caitlin is a freelance grantwriter based in Spanaway, WA. She earned her Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Washington and has 14 years of experience in nonprofit public and community college libraries, where she worked to empower King County’s diverse communities through information and human connection. Deeply motivated by a desire to support and center the work of community-based nonprofits advancing equity and social justice, she began her second career in grant writing in 2023. Caitlin is an associate with Nonprofit Accelerator, where she enjoys collaborating with and learning from other consultants. When not at work, she spends time gardening, cooking, playing video games, and reading.
