Kelly is a Grant Writer for the Mt. Si Senior Center in North Bend, a nonprofit that provides services to nearly 1,150 seniors in the Snoqualmie Valley community. She has been hoping to become a grant writer and work in nonprofits for years now, so she feels she has landed a dream job.

Kelly is living up in the mountains and working for my community. She worked as a reporter for nearly eight years at collegiate publications and a half-dozen newspapers throughout western Washington and Alaska. She graduated from Western Washington University in 2012 with a B.A. in Visual Journalism. Kelly is also a 500-hr certified yoga teacher and a Holistic Nutrition Consultant.

Kelly is interested in joining the PSGA Board of Directors primarily because PSGA has been a wonderful resource for the last two years as she has entered the grant writing field. Although she is newer to the profession, Kelly is driven and dedicated to growth. Kelly looks forward to contributing to her community and continuing to grow her skills as a grant writer.
