Rainier Scholars

Olivia Littles has served as the Grants Manager at Rainier Scholars since June 2020. Before joining Rainier Scholars, she spent 11 years at the Northwest African American Museum as the staff Grant Writer.

Prior to coming to Seattle, her lifelong interest in museums and history led to positions at the William S. Hart Museum in Los Angeles, Chicago’s Museum of Science and Industry, and The D’Arcy McNickle Center for American Indian History at the Newberry Library in Chicago. Olivia holds a Ph.D. in anthropology from the University of Washington where she studied the history and role of African American museums.
