Tanessa Noll has a Masters’ in Education and is a former middle school teacher who lives in Shelton, Washington and works on the indigenous lands of the Squaxin Island Tribe. She hopes to bring to the PSGA Board the point of view of a grant writer, working primarily on federal grants for a Tribal consortium.
